HR e-tools & databases specialist, HPP 66.000 CZK

For the biggest EU agency providing services regarding GPS technologies and space research, we are currently looking for suitable candidates for the role of HR e-tools & databases specialist.

Start during January 2022 is required.

Ideal candidate profile, Areas of responsibility

- Deployment of the remaining basic HR modules, as well as any additional modules that may be used by the agency: performing project activities, as defined in the e-tools/databases implementation plan, including compiling, keying-in and update of the relevant data into system from various HR sources, performing data quality checks and amendments in the tool, performing UATs (User Acceptance Tests) prior to deployment of each module
- Deployment, testing and implementation in cooperation with the ICT dept. of the card reader integration project into the TIM/FLEX/TELEWORK module
- Perform analysis and overviews required within the projects
- Maintenance and development, as needs be of the existing HR tool
- Coordination, testing & implementation with ICT dept of the “Staff movement” tool for managing the on-and off-boarding processes workflows for staff and external workforce (consultants, contractors, trainees, interim, other categories)
- HR databases coordination, integration and update, when required
- Coordination, testing and implementation of the HR ticketing system
- Support in project initialisation phase for the Time activity tracking or Resource Management e-tools
- Preparation of users’ trainings and training materials for the HR community and system users (staff)
- Cooperation with ICT team (dedicated contact person) for the technical implementation of the projects/tools
- Support in managing ad-hoc HR e-projects (eg. migration to Cloud etc.).

Profile requirements:

Professional experience in an HR administrative/e-tool role is needed.
- EU citizenship
- Experience in working in an international environment and familiarity with EU public administration is an advantage
- English (C1): written and spoken
- Additional EU language desirable
- Excellent communication skills and writing skills in particular
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent prioritising and organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Able to work proactively
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible, able to adapt to changing circumstances
